Located in San Ignacio, Cassia Hill Resort is in the mountains, within a 5-minute drive of Cahal Pech Mayan Ruins and Green Iguana Conservation Project. This resort is 5.6 mi (9 km) from Xunantunich Mayan Ruins and 19.6 mi (31.6 km) from Big Rock Waterfalls. Enjoy recreation amenities such as an outdoor pool or take in the view from a garden. Beautiful place to stay.

Nice comfortable rooms and relaxing pool. Great to have the restaurant there. It's only $10 to take a taxi from the center of San Ignacio. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Booked tours and a ride to the airport for me. Beautiful property. Wish they would plant more trees by the road to drown the noise some. Would definitely stay here again.

Location on the hill was beautiful. The pool was also very nice. The only issue we had was due to lack of booked rooms the restaurant and bar was closed for dinner and breakfast on our last day.

Buyers be aware!

We chose this place due the location and amenities, but upon arrival we found out things were different. Pictures matched the place, but no service. Started with the restaurant is not going to be open, as well as the pool bar because there was not enough guests. Not being in town became a problem to eat. Food delivery was messy and not reliable. All the tours, spa, trails were not there, everything had to be subcontracted for a higher price.
