Le personnel est très amical et accomodant. Le gérant a pu nous assister avec les réservations d'excursions, les transports, etc. Il a même accepté de contacter pour nous la compagnie aérienne pour vérifier le statut de notre vol de retour. Le site de l'hotel est paisible et très bien entretenu. Le restaurant est excellent et les prix sont raisonnables.

Beautiful place to stay.

Nice comfortable rooms and relaxing pool. Great to have the restaurant there. It's only $10 to take a taxi from the center of San Ignacio. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Booked tours and a ride to the airport for me. Beautiful property. Wish they would plant more trees by the road to drown the noise some. Would definitely stay here again.

Location on the hill was beautiful. The pool was also very nice. The only issue we had was due to lack of booked rooms the restaurant and bar was closed for dinner and breakfast on our last day.
