Very friendly and attentive personnel. I had to cancel 1 night and they were so helpful and accepted to refund me the night. The Pho in the restaurant was delicious. In general i enjoyed my stay. Bed was comfortable and the hotel is in the old quarter. Easy to walk by foot.

Do not book! The hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures. It’s in a back alley, the furnishings are all fake plastic and cheap building materials. The room itself was quite dirty (mold in bathroom, stained sheets, tv falling off the wall etc) and the locks on the doors felt loose. We left within hours of checking in - the hotel promised a refund and said to contact Expedia. They then refused to process a refund. Do not book!

"Hanoi, capital de Vietnam, y también su segunda la ciudad más grande, es una de las ciudades con más encanto de Asia, con un carácter único. Los años de ocupación extranjera han dejado una huella en esta ciudad, que se muestran en los interesantes museos, edificios históricos, las pagodas, el mausoleo y el barrio francés; dando a la ciudad un ambiente muy distintivo. La mejor manera de conocer a Hanoi es para caminar. El centro histórico no es muy extenso, tiene muchos lugares para visitar en la ciudad o sus alrededores y caminar es la mejor manera de tener algún contacto con la gente amable de Hanoi. Hanoi es conocida como la ciudad de los lagos, ya que hay muchos lagos y árboles por toda la ciudad, siendo el más grande el Lago del Oeste, Ho Tay, y el más famoso en el centro de la ciudad es el Lago de la Espada Restaurada, Ho Hoan Kiem. Lo bonito de Hanoi son los contrastes interesantes de la arquitectura, que van desde los tradicionales edificios antiguos del casco antiguo a los enormes edificios de estilo europeo del Barrio Francés a los monumentos comunistas en el Mausoleo de Ho Chi Minh y sus alrededores, por no mencionar el hermosa arquitectura tradicional de sus templos, como el Quan Su Pagoda. Hanoi es una ciudad pacífica y agitada, llena de vida en sus calles y exóticos mercados alrededore de las pagodas y sus tranquilos templos. La Ciudad de la Soaring Dragon es el lugar para estar en Vietnam".
