The Lodge is located between Yavapai Point and Grand Canyon Village, about 1/2 mile (.98kms) from the rim,and 16 km from the Grand Canyon Airport.. 10 kms to city centre. 370 kms to the nearest airport (phoenix sky harbor international airport).. The Lodge features a cafe that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is a modern two-story lodge, built in 1962, renovated in 1996. This property is the Grand Canyon National Park Lodges' largest facility and is surrounded by pines and juniper woodlands, about 1/2 mile from the rim. Medium-size lobby with reception desk.. The property offers 198 rooms with in-room air conditioning, coffee, and refrigerator. All rooms are non-smoking. No connecting rooms available..
