Check in was over 2 hours. Water park was a lot of fun for kids. Free breakfast was a joke. It was all cold cereal in a bag and granola bars, and not a lot left when we got there to eat. The restaurant told us the pizza over was broken at 8pm on a Friday night I feel bc of short staffed. Rooms needs updated.

Check in was a long wait. There wasn’t any sheets or blankets for the pull out sofa bed. We had to wait some time to receive some There weren’t any breakfast items except a couple boxes of cereal a gallon of milk and juice! The room was comfortable and clean. We will not stay again.

Check in took 2 hours then after checking they put us in a dirty room they did accommodate and get us to a room that was clean but it was not poolside like I selected and they said I would get a discount but I don't think I did I will never stay here again

No towels in pool area. Only gave us 2 towels in a King Suite with 6 people. No way of contacting front desk unless you walk down there. Resturant attached to hotel pizza oven was broke down and only 1 person working vegind the counter. No bartender at the tiki bar in the pool area. And the worst is that there was NO hot water to shower. So we checked out a day early amd went home !!!!!
