Let me preface this by saying I contacted the hotel with my complaints before posting this review but haven't heard back from them. Unfortunately, I felt uncomfortable staying here. More than once, the staff knocked on my door and even entered the room while I had the "do not disturb" sign on the door. The first time it happened, I thought it was an honest mistake. But then it happened again, and my blood ran cold when the staff entered the room while I was in bed trying to nap. I was on vacation and trying to adjust to the 9 hour time difference. I've never experienced this before when the "do not disturb" sign is completely ignored, several days and more than one time in one day. It made me feel like I couldn't relax because someone might knock or enter the room at any moment. One day I came back to the room after going out for breakfast and noticed the closet door opened (I kept it closed) and some sandals were missing. At least it wasn't my passport but yikes. I didn't sleep well at all while I was here.

The property is suited on panoramic view of center Palermo Italy where you can experience a beautiful landscape historical sight of the City of Palermo, with everything close by that is well appreciate for the people food art museums etc.

This hotel is super convenient. I liked capabilities to pay for parking service, excellent 4th floor restaurant and breakfast buffet. Super easy to see the town and markets.

Nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle

Lovely hotel a little away from the action. Large comfortable room. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast on the roof terrace. Construction noise across the road really hampered our stay.
