MELANIE

Hotel tres agreable malgres le bruit des travaux la nuit ou les avions car tres proche de l'aeroport. Le personnel et serviable surtout la femme de menage. L'hotel est tres bien situé au pied de little Italy. A 15 /20 min min de l'USS midway a pieds. Je recommande sans hesité.

Where do i start, stayed for 2 nights with wife and kids. We got to our room after checking in and the hotel put us in a room that wasnt what i had reserved. I had to show the staff proof of my original reservation in order for them to change us to the correct room. Then after getting the correct room i got hit with a $150 deposit charged after i had verified with the hotel staff multiple times in person and on the phone that there was no deposit required. Not once was mentioned nor there was any signs of the parking fees and when checking out i was charged $80 for the 2 days. In previous reviews othwr guests mentioned that they were charge $24 per day but little did i know i would get hit with these surprise fees that the hotel doesnt bother mentioning to its guests. I would honestly not recommend this hotel until they are more honest with the hidden fees so beware for future guests.
