We were 6 in a 3br, one room didn’t have air conditioning & although there were windows they were locked and reception didn’t have a key. The 3rd set of towels were in the ensuite bathroom cupboard which we didn’t find at first, we were provided with extra towels. The reception staff were fantastic & helpful. There was a dog owner there at the same time who didn’t wipe up their dogs urine in the hallway & carpark the reception girl had to do that. The dog was witnessed by one of our party. Close to Victoria centre , ikea etc. we had a great meal at the terminus hotel.

Maybe a discount should be considered, seeing there are reduced services on the weekend. I felt I should be given a discount considering there were no housekeeping services on the weekend.
