Mi hija tuvo un accidente en la piscina, que creo que se hubiera podido evitar si los bordes de la piscina fueran diferentes, aún así el personal del hotel fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo el proceso para que mi hija tuviera asistencia médica. Desayuno y restaurante excelente Habitaciones muy limpias Elevadores un poco confusos y con olor a humedad.

The hallways are extremely dirty smelled as if there had been water damaged. The actual room AC had issues were the front desk needed to be called.

Overall the stay was pretty good. The AC in the bedroom took a long time to cool off the room, like 5 hours. But after that it was very nice. I had an option this time to reserve a room on a HIGH floor, which i think tends to be more quiet. There was an extra $10 per night charge for this. I totally forgot about that and they put us on the 3rd floor. Still a nice room, next time i will remember to check the reservation before we check in.
