Terrible customer service, lack accountability, plans on Expedia instead of apologizing and alerting Expedia that there’s a problem some rooms are showing a jacuzzi when there’s no jacuzzi. Swimming area closed due to maintenance. One worker per shift.

Brown smeared on walls. Sheets and pillow cases had hairs and fuzz all over them, looked dirty. Floors sticky. Crusty stuff around the soap dispenser in shower

All is great!

The staff was very kind. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The pool was pretty cold and cloudy looking. The spa was great! Continental breakfast was great with lots of options!
