The view was amazing. The restaurant is on the lobby and the breakfast/coffee the best. We stayed 10 days and would recommended 100%. Walking distance to everything in GIjon.

I booked a single room with a harbor view. Staff said that didn't exist; only doubles have views. Room was small but bath was almost as large as the rest. Wifi only exists up to 3rd floor and they put me on the 5th. Had to go to salon to work. They insisted that every room has wifi and they advertise that as well. Staff was pretty nice to me otherwise. Excellent location. No AC nor fan so had to leave window open; that made for a lot of noise as even casual conversation in the street carried up to my room as if the speakers were right there.

Gijon has remains from Roman settlements such as The Campo Valdés baths, dating back to the 1st century AD, which are the largest preserved Roman Baths in Spain. A famous holiday resort among Spaniards, Gijon offers a vibrant nightlife and cultural scene as well as good beaches.
