Rude staff, absurd policies, AC doesn’t work

This place is a dump. They have the AC in the rooms set to automatically only blast air for 30 seconds every 20 minutes which is absolutely absurd. If I’m paying for a room, I should have the right to use the air conditioner and not overheat in the room. The front desk staff is rude and they have an absurd policy where if you need quarters for the laundry, you have to give them a $10 bill. You can’t give them a $20 bill for $20 in quarters. It has to be two $10 bills and they won’t give you anything but $10 at a time. It’s absurd and inconvenient for no reason. In addition, the laundry room machines were all broken and the one working dryer doesn’t dry. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs.

Cleanliness was okay- first room we were given smelled of cigarette smoke, second room way okay. Some stuff on bathroom counter and the shower head was pretty nasty. Woke up several times in the night to people running down the hallway and/or yelling. Elevator smelled like urine. Service was polite, though!
