The Jacuzzi was filthy brown. The water was brown Internet was horrible TV did not work. I was scared to brush my teeth with the sink water. It was just disgusting. Staff did absolutely nothing to fix it. I would never go back there again and would never ever ever recommend this place.

The hotel is quite old, the bed is like a rock very hard makes it is difficult to rest. If you have an emergency your dead no one to help no one to answer the phone lines literally you can die and no one will know, our last night stay a dog was lost in the complex hauling the whole freaking night no one was able to look after them to make sure guest were able to sleep. Instead the guest at the hotel were trying to deal with the dogs but no luck. I did one breakfast overpriced, food quality is horrible the food in the pots seems like it was a left over, is better to eat in the street than this "Buffet: in the other hand servers where kind attentive but the quality of the food does kill their hard work. When you request help they promise someone will rich out to you but one does unless you call them back and they can't help!!!

Historically San Pedro Tlaquepaque, is a city and the surrounding municipality in the Mexican state of Jalisco. It currently has a few forest areas where species of acacia, palo dulce and granjeno predominate The city of Tlaquepaque was designated "Pueblo Mágico" in 2018.[7] It is a resort focused on the crafts of pottery, textiles and [blowing glass]. Its streets and walkers are adorned with various Casonas of the last century, in addition to colonial constructions, the Tapatío Tour arrives at the municipality on one of its routes. Tlaquepaque features El Parián, a large plaza flanked by columned arcades and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The main square in the city centre is known as El Jardín Hidalgo ("Hidalgo Garden"), named after Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, the "Father of Mexican Independence." A larger-than-life statue of Hidalgo dominates the square. Other main features include the two important churches, El Santuario de Nuestra Señora de la Soledad (The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Solitude) and San Pedro (Saint Peter), and the Benito Juárez market. Tlaquepaque is known for its mariachi bands. During the annual San Pedro festivities, El Jardín is filled with stalls and street sellers. On the day of San Pedro itself, towering firework-festooned structures known as the Castillo ("castle") and Toro ("bull") are set alight.
