I loved the welcome cookie upon arrival and the professionalism of the staff. I absolutely did not appreciate paying an extra $35 for parking. It should have been included in my $300 stay.

Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but we won’t be returning. We paid for early check-in, but the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and our room was noisy, as we could hear the guests in the next room. The ice machine was out of order, and everything seemed to have extra charges, like WiFi, and we had to request housekeeping. While the location wasn’t bad, being near the hospital wasn’t ideal for us. We also weren’t accustomed to things only being open during specific hours. All in all, we wouldn’t recommend this place.
