Everyone at the hotel was soooo nice and accommodating. I loved Charlene at the front desk. She was so nice, funny and personable. We plan to come back next year. Thanks again ❤️

The room had very little walking space around the bed. The toilet handle kept sticking and the tank would not fill. Had no hot water for one and a half days and only one elevator was working for one day.
