Fantastic location, walking distance to airport if you like a hike. Good options for breakfast. Nice room, lovely bathroom. Needed more hangers. Would have been nice to have been given more information by reception. A warmer welcome, to be told robes and slippers are supplied by reception, how would we know otherwise? Waiters & waitresses were all great. Spa opening at 3pm was a bit disappointing, though I understand why, and good it's open till 9pm. Steam & sauna working properly.

Nice hotel but could use staff training.

Location was fantastic! Room was good except too hot and the HVAC can only blow fans. Had to open windows to cool off. The attitude of the staff was 2 stars at best. They seem not wanting to be there. Don't bother with the pre check in info form they send you. When I showed up, I had to refill a form anyways. Breakfast was nice. Parking downstairs and direct entry into the hotel. 17 euros a night. Probably better hotels around town to stay. The lack of interest in the staff wanting to be working there makes us not wishing to return.

Hotel looks and is a nice building but sadly the stay was not good. My room overlooked a nightclub (Twenty) and between midnight and 0215 I could not sleep for the noise of large groups of people congregating, talking, shouting, gathering outside just outside my window You could hear it loudly anyway with windows and curtains closed. But to make it worse, the hotel is overheated and to save money they turn off the air con in winter. So if you want anything like a tolérable temperature you have to open the window which makes for intolerable noise . You can’t turn the heating off or cool the room. I asked to move rooms but it wasn’t possible. I learned that the hotel knows this is a problem - when I complained in the middle of the night about the noise it was clear I wasn’t the first to do so

We stayed here for 3 nights and we were very pleased with the convience to skiing. The hotel was great with many breakfast options. The pool and hot tub were also nice after a day of skiing. The hotel staff was very friendly and we loved the cozy room. We will definitely be back!
