Good location. Spa not so much.

Good location, just a 4 minute walk to Ild Town. The room was small and basic but clean. The room was good enough to sleep in but not a good place to spend much time. The breakfast buffett was nice and was well attended by the staff. The pool area was a nice daily break but only a few chairs in the pool area. There were only 2 lounge chairs. For a hotel with "Spa" in the name, the spa was very disappointing. We tried to book a massage as soon as the office opened on our first day. We could not get an appointment during any of the 4 days of our stay. The hotel is good for a short stay and to enjoy the pool but we I would bot choose it for a spa vacation.

Hotelli toimii lasten ehdoilla, eikä hotelli tai henkilökunta kannusta vieraita esimerkiksi kunnioittamaan hiljaisuusaikoja. Lapset saavat juosta ja riehua vapaasti. Hotelli oli hyvin meluisa. Aamupala oli todella täynnä ihmisiä, ja valikoimassa ei ollut mm. tuoretta leipää. Jonoja ja kaaosta. Ja koko ajan joku oli loppu. Hotellissa oli remontti, ja käytäviä käytettiin tavaran varastoimiseen tehden yleisilmeestä hyvin epäsiistin. Hotelli on olevinaan spa, mutta huoneissa ei ole edes kosteusvoidetta. Shampoota ei ole, vaan täyttöastiassa hyvin huonolaatuista hair and body -sekoitusta. Neljän tähden span pitäisi tarjota edes jonkinlaiset tuotteet itsensä pesemiseen. Huoneessa on vain yksi kylpypyyhe, joka on tarkoitus ottaa spahan mukaan. On suorastaan ällöttävää ajatella, että oletus on käyttää samaa pyyhettä itsensä kuivaamiseen suihkun jälkeen ja sitten ottaa se spa-alueelle mukaan, ja jopa hotellin ohjeistuksen mukaan käyttää saunassa istuinalustana. 4. kerroksessa wi-fi ei toiminut kuin yhdellä palkilla, eli edes nettisivut eivät latautuneet. Suomalaiset tv kanavat pätkivät koko ajan. Kuntosali on mukavan tilava. Lakanat olivat puhtaat.
