Everything was to our liking - particularly the spaciousness of the room and the cleanliness. We didn't take breakfast as we felt that NZ$38 per person was a bridge too far... Hopefully, the hotel in future could offer some less expensive options.

Dated property in need of renovation.

Dated property in a great location with an excellent view of the lake - needs renovation. Room was very old, king bed was a combination of 2 twins - UNCONFORTABLE and very soft, safe placed close to floor in closet - difficult to access. Bathroom needs renovation.

Absolutely adored our stay at the Heritage. From signing in to signing out we had a lovely experience. The staff were so kind and helpful and the hotel itself was gorgeous. Our only bit of feedback- and I’m scraping the barrel here- is that it would be nice to have smart TVs and drop the sky as it makes for better watching but with all the entertainment in the area and the stunning scenery there was little time for TV anyway.
