The General Manager was very kind and a professional. And said he would address my issues. And he refunded me two days. So, he is an OUTSTANDING LEADER. And he did me right. He can't control people upstairs pounding on the floor. And he was going to discuss the oatmeal with the cook. I sent it back and she did not fix it.
